All pressure equipment manufactured or imported for use in Malaysia require certification of the manufacturing process by third-party Inspection organizations authorized as "Inspection Authorities" by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health or DOSH.
Velosi is gazetted as an "Inspection Authority" by DOSH under Schedule IV of Regulation 7 (2) (iv) of the Factory and Machinery Act 139.
Our Service
Velosi has extensive experience in providing statutory inspection and certification services including pressure equipment design reviews, material inspection and certification, welding & welder qualifications, manufacturing inspection and interim & final testing.
Our involvement ensures that all inspection and test plans are carried out strictly in accordance with approved internationally recognized standards and codes. Velosi provide the manufacturing certifications required for registration of statutory equipment and for obtaining "Certificate of Fitness" required by DOSH for equipment operation.
Our services are provided locally in Malaysia as well as on a global basis through our operating units located at the major international manufacturing regions.
